We have received a resignation letter from our current operations director, Avery Younger which will be effective on May 12th of this year. In the letter that she has written to the administration and the public, she has stated that it is mainly due to medical reasons but also for a concern that the company’s policies, procedures, and governing administration are corrupt and do not have the interest of our customers or employees in mind. At this time, we will refuse to comment on those allegations, however I strongly believe that the mistakes of the administration of the CRC should be headlined, not buried. And that the employees critiquing the administration should be praised instead of bullied or harassed. We treat the image of the company very seriously and will not stand for deceitful information made to mislead other people.
Despite our efforts to gain transparency with the public and the administration, we have heard the emotions, cries for help, and read painful resignation letters addressed to the administration.
Therefore, we are here to announce that by the end of this month, all policies and procedures will be changed to better provide our employees the tools to address their concerns and have the administration of the company thoroughly review and investigate the concerns and hold violators accountable for their actions. I take full responsibility for what has happened over the years with the company including wrongful terminations because I am the responsible officer of the administration.
I am also here to inform you that strict procedures will be passed and enforced upon our Human Resources department to ensure that all terminations are in fact justified and every disciplinary action enforced on an employee is justified. Thank you for your time in reviewing this letter and I strongly advise former employees to reach out to me directly if they feel like they have been unjustly treated or terminated.
