Subject: The Resignation of President Clayton

Earlier today, Olivia submitted a letter through her social media and forwarded it to the company. We are in the process of hiring a new president (only current employees will be eligible to apply). Olivia's last day as president will be next Friday (7/19/24).

"Dear Customers, Employees, and Board Members:

In recent weeks I have had some complications with school, and it has been increasingly difficult to stay focused on the company, my family, and my studies simultaneously.

Therefore, I am announcing my resignation effective on Friday, July 19. It has been amazing working with this company for so many years, and I cannot begin to fathom how much I will miss having the opportunities to improve it wherever possible.

Although I am very disconsolate about leaving, I am reminded by my wife that it is always better to leave too early, than too late.

Wishing all the best,

Olivia Bella Clayton

President,

Colorado Recreation Company"

One direction program (we will pay for college)

ONE DIRECTION PROGRAM

At the Colorado Recreation Company, we strongly believe that education is a vital factor in our society, and it would benefit everyone regardless of the field of employment they decide to go into. Research has shown that financial issues or the cost of college are factors that further contribute to people not going to college. The objective of this program is to make the cost of college easier to pay and have more of our employees pursue further education if they want.

With this program, the company will pay half of your monthly expenses for attending that school. This includes driving courses for Commercial driving licenses or other schools that focus on arts, music, sports, or any form of institution designed to teach you something that can later contribute to your career.

If you enroll in this program, it will not affect your other benefits or normal wages in any way. If you have questions, please contact Human Resources.

Thanks,

Payton Wilson
